I've decided - to be a proper 95% vegan...I'll need a Blendtec. Costco had an amazing deal, Abe totally agreed with me, so we got one. It came in the mail on Friday. It is now Wednesday and I FINALLY got a chance to use my Blendtec. It was probably the best thing ever watching it blend.
I put in 2 cups of spinach, a carrot, an apple, a lemon, a lime, blueberries, and strawberries...and simply pressed the "smoothie" button. It's so easy!
Next time, I probably won't put an ENTIRE lemon and lime in the smoothie... It was a little intense. But still delicious!
